Our private guided tour of Scicli will start from the monumental streets of the lower city, where we will visit SantaTeresa’s, San Michele’s, San Giovanni’s and Sant Ignazio’s churches together with the near Beneventano and Fava Palaces, that show wonderful mascaron ornaments cut by gouges.
Afterwards, we will go through the path that brings to the majestic religious complex of San Matteo, which overlooks the entire town. Finally, after visiting the rocky area of Chiafura, we will go down towards the church of San Bartolomeo to enjoy this true pearl of the Sicilian Baroque.
