Between the slopes of Mount Etna and the Baroque heart of Catania, we will discover the authentic flavors and delicate scents of the traditional Sicilian dishes of this area.
Our private culinary experience will begin with a visit to the "Pescheria", the traditional fish market where, among lively chants of fishmongers and colorful fruit and vegetable stalls, we will purchase ingredients for our cooking class.
We will then move to the slopes of Mount Etna, to a historic family garden that hosts monumental plants from various parts of the world. Here, accompanied by the owners, we will visit this little piece of paradise just a few kilometers from the bustle of the city.
After relaxing moments among ancient trees and plants of rare beauty, we will head to a stunning-looking kitchen to prepare our lunch surrounded by lush greenery and black lava on which it springs. Finally, seated together, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor, concluded with a delicious traditional dessert.
