Our private experiential tour takes place in a Medieval village located between Mount Etna and the Nebrodi Mountains, where a musician and luthier decided to convert his passion for music and wood into something unique: a medieval music workshop. You can see over 60 antique musical instruments and listen to the stories and sounds of the instruments from the expert hands of the luthier. You will also learn the different steps of construction and the tools he uses.
After that, you will use your senses of smell and touch for a great experience in a pastry laboratory. Discover the amazing world of the Sicilian “Granita”, a typical, ice-cold, sweet product that was introduced to Sicily centuries ago by the Arabs and is just as popular nowadays for lunch and even for breakfast! You will taste the most typical flavours accompanied by a typical brioscia, which is a round shaped brioche and recognizable by the little ball on top. The owner will show you how to make granita with the best ingredients: fresh fruit, sugar, water and passion! Don’t be shy, try all of them!
