Uncovered Sicily
We took an amazing tour of the Roman Villa of Casale at Piazza Armerina with Serena. She was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, as we'll as a lovely, warm person. The Villa is amazing even without a guide but having Serena explain things in such detail made the experience all the more incredible and meaningful.

Wonderfully knowledgeable and personable guides
We had three wonderful guides from Uncovered Sicily - Alice at Mothia, Laura at Agrigento, and Serena at Villa Romana del Casale. All three were not only knowledgeable and interesting to listen to, but also just really nice people. Grazie!

Our fantastic Sicilian Adventure
For our first tour we got to see the most amazing mosaics at the Villa Romana at Piazza Armerina. Our guide was the lovely Serena. What a charming person she turned out to be, so friendly and warm and ready to answer any questions we might ask, no matter how trivial they might be. Serena possessed so much knowledge about the Villa and the mosaics and her enthusiasm for the mosaicists artistic skill was infectious. The work involved in the Mosaics was astonishing and Serena shared so much information with us and on top of that, even though she was the archaeologist, she appreciated our insights and thoughts on different aspects of the villa. Serena definitely is the perfect guide. I would definitely recommend doing this tour with her,it was fantastic!

Excellent tour of ancient Roman Villa
We went to Piazza Armerina Villa Romana with Serena of Uncovered Sicily. We are so glad we had Serena to guide us through the villa with the many amazing mosaics on the floors of the nearly 2,000 year old villa. We would not have understood the significance of many mosaics without Serena's expert knowledge. She gave us valuable background knowledge and pointed out details we would not have seen without her guidance. It was an excellent tour of this well preserved and amazing Roman villa. We will long remember it. We recommend touring the villa with a knowledgeable guide.

Come riuscire a coinvolgere grandi e piccoli!
Speriamo vi siano altre occasioni in futuro Un grazie particolare a Laura e Serena!

Professional; professional; professional!
Tightly run; well-organized and English spoken. Enough said, no? No need to worry about anything once you engage them as your guide; you are in excellent hands. Quick email responses with details! For Morgantina, ask for Serena! She literally grew up on/with it! Her passion and knowledge will be sure to incite your inner archeologist even if you did not have one already!
